Data Deletion Instructions

Acsent DM, operated by PT Acsent Lingua Global, stores data only about people who have commented on, messaged, or replied to the stories of Acsent's Instagram account. You can ask us to delete all of it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email marketing@acsent.ai with the subject "Acsent DM data deletion request". You can also send the same request as a direct message to Acsent's Instagram account.
2. Include your Instagram username so we can find your data.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that Instagram account, so we do not delete someone else's data by mistake.

What we delete

• Your Instagram-scoped user ID and username
• Your comments, messages and story replies stored by the app
• The automated replies the app sent you, and the conversation record

We confirm by email or Instagram message once deletion is complete, within 30 days of your request. We also stop sending you automated messages. Deleting data from Acsent DM does not delete anything from Instagram itself. To remove comments or messages there, use Instagram's own settings.

Removing the app's access

Acsent DM only connects to Acsent's own Instagram account and does not ask other people to log in, so there is no app connection for you to remove from your Instagram or Facebook settings.
