Terms of Service

These terms apply to Acsent DM ("the app"), operated by PT Acsent Lingua Global("Acsent", "we"). By using the app, or by interacting with Acsent's Instagram account in a way that triggers it, you agree to these terms.

What the app does

The app sends automatic replies and direct messages from Acsent's Instagram professional account when people comment on our posts, message us, or reply to our stories. It is used only by authorized Acsent team members to manage Acsent's own account.

Access

• Only people Acsent has given login credentials may use the dashboard.
• Users must keep their credentials confidential and must not share access with others.
• We may suspend or revoke access at any time.

Acceptable use

The app must not be used to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not contacted Acsent first
• Send content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringes anyone's rights
• Break Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Meta's Platform Terms
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the app, its data, or other systems

Instagram and Meta

The app depends on the Instagram API. Acsent DM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Changes to Meta's services may limit or interrupt the app.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is processed, and our Data Deletion page explains how to have your data removed.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Acsent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for messages that are delayed, not delivered, or blocked by Instagram.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Indonesia.
